Development features of the constitutional foundations guarantying national security in the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation

This article reveals some aspects and features of the constitutional foundations guarantying national security in the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation. The author concludes that national legislation has conceived definitions and legal propositions allowing charting the basis and implementing national security in the key areas of public life for the benefit of the general security of Russia.
