Some peculiarities of the establishment and development of the Russian federalism

This article examines some aspects of the formation and development of Russian federalism in the Soviet period and identifies the features of the evolution of the subject of the federation's own legal regulation. According to the author, the ability of a subject of the federation to carry out its own legal regulation, the result of which is presented in the legal system of the subject of the federation, is one of the characteristic features of a federal state.
