Some problem aspects of legal regulation of provision of medical services

The article deals with actual problems of legal support for the provision of medical services: questions of responsibility for improper provision of services, problems of expertise in determining such liability. The author pays special attention to the evaluation of the introduction of the Unified State Information System in the field of health on the basis of the legislation that came into force.
