Procedural independence of an investigator in procedural decision-making: certain issues

The article analyzes the concept of procedural independence of an investigator, its meaning and content. The author reveals the main aspects of realization of procedural independence of an investigator while taking procedural decisions in the course of investigation of a criminal case, and also the ways of possible minimization of these law enforcement problems.
