Some problems of administrative offenses committed on the Internet

The article analyzes new types of administrative offenses committed within the framework of the information and telecommunication network "Internet", the author concludes that there are systemic problems of legal regulation and raises the question of whether the correct approach was chosen by the domestic legislator.
