Some problems of the legal monopoly

The Concept of reforming the legal services market proposed by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has been criticized by all stakeholders. For this reason, taking into account the length of the article, we will touch upon only some ideas expressed in the legal literature that may be useful to a wide range of lawyers, both practitioners and theorists.
