Some problems of Eurasian integration in the post-Soviet space (theoretical foundations and current practice)

The article describes the characteristic of the Eurasian theory, the main stages of its development. In social theory it is the harmony between man and society; in legal theory - between law and morality; in political - between democracy (people power) and ideocracy (the power of ideas); in the moral theory it is the unity of personal freedom, self-determination and service to society; in geopolitical theory it is openness to the West and East, the desire to combine harmoniously the achievements of civilization with the values of their own cultural, economic and political identity. The reasons of «survivability», vitality of the Eurasian doctrine are revealed, its relevance in the present time. Its significance for the prospects of the development of Russia is emphasized. The formation of international law and state legal forms of cooperation in the post-Soviet space is analyzed.
