Several problems with the use of video recording of traffic violations

The article deals with the problem of using automatic photo and video recording in the field of road safety as a tool for preventing administrative offenses related to violation of the established requirements of traffic Rules and bringing the perpetrators to legal responsibility. The article analyzes the procedural features of bringing to administrative responsibility, identifies the main problematic aspects of the organizational and legal nature caused by this activity of an organizational and legal nature. Materials and methods: the normative basis of the study is formed by normative legal acts regulating traffic rules and the procedure for using technical means of video recording of their violations. The empirical base of the study consists of official statistics that illustrate the procedure for using video recording of traffic violations. General and special methods of scientific research, such as analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as static observation and formal legal methods, were used in the preparation of the study, The results of the study: consist in the characteristics of the use of video recording tools in order to bring to administrative responsibility for committing administrative offenses related to violation of traffic rules, identifying the features of this process and the problematic aspects that arise in connection with its implementation. Findings and conclusions: the use of automatic photo and video recording of traffic offenses is justified and corresponds to modern social realities, however, it is necessary to further improve the organizational and legal aspects of their use.
