Some problems of efficiency in the operation of the judicial system of Lebanon

This article reviews some problems related to the efficiency of the judicial system of Lebanon, as well as the factors which have an adverse effect on justice implementation. Based on the analysis of the constitution of Lebanon, its legislation, and statistical data, the author revealed shortcomings of the legal system in this sphere and identified options for their elimination.
