Some problems of classification of the crimes against justice, committed by participants in criminal proceedings

The article deals with the study of the structure of constituent elements of crimes against justice, the author assesses the opinions of the scientists who have previously published their scientific works on the subject, develops his own point of view on the classification of the crimes against justice committed by participants of criminal proceedings. According to the author, the elimination of some controversial aspects of the classification of crimes against justice is possible through additions to part 1 of article 294 of the Criminal Code of Russia, putting after the word "form" and the words "with the exception of actions under articles 295, 296, 302, 303, 308 and 309 of the current Code", eliminating the wording in respect of comprehensiveness, completeness and objectivity of investigation of the criminal case from the disposition of part 2 of article 294 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
