Some problems of qualifying a crime under article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the problems of qualifying a crime under Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which arise not only in the implementation of prosecutorial activities, but also in law enforcement practice. The author analyzes examples of specific criminal cases and indicates the corresponding errors in qualification. In addition, the author examines the statistical data of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the dynamics of crimes under Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and formulates a conclusion about the dynamics of the increase in the number of crimes committed.
