Some issues of ground definitions of responsibility for inflicting moral harm

Some issues of moral harm definition in the legislation of the Russian Federation, the provisions, developed in law-enforcement practice, and the judgments formulated in modern literature, the general bases of responsibility for inflicting moral harm and compensation for the harm, caused by unlawful, illegal actions are reviewed in the article.
