The article identifies the features of “medical activity” and “medical treatment” definitions in the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia. It indicates that the abovementioned concepts are interpreted in Armenian legislation using terms without revealing their scope. In particular, it is referred to “consultation” and “other non-curative services” concepts.
