Problems in cancer care management for population of the Russian Far East

The structure of cancer centers in the Russian Far East is characterized by a significant equipment wear (from 51 to 100 %) and differentiation between the levels of balance cost of the equipment (from 15,8 millions rubles to 293,25 millions rubles). The work on reformation and development of not only the whole system of public health service but also of oncological service in the Far East is needed to be coordinated. To solve this problem, it is necessary to use methods of strategic planning of specialized services in the frame of development and realization of a conception of health service reformation in the Far East. The system of inter-territorial clearings in the frame of compulsory medical insurance contributes to the solution of this problem.
