Some problems of open license in the copyright of the Russian Federation

The article deals with theoretical and practical problems of the new legal institute in the Russian copyright law, i.e. an open license. The author proceeds from the fact that an open license is, in fact, another way of free using of works. As there is no mechanism for its implementation, it is a problem for both licensors and licensees.
