Some relationship issues arising in the creation of artificial plot of land comprising alluvial areas in urban areas

The author examines the problems of legal regulation of relations connected with the creation of artificial land in the alluvial areas, especially construction investment and concession contracts, and contract to purchase things in the future, after the creation of alluvial areas. Analyzes the legal essence of the creation of such areas. Proposes to include in such contracts the conditions governing the relationship of the parties in the process of creating alluvial areas allowing for the natural resources associated with the impact on the bottom, the shore and the water areas.
