Some problems of legal regulation of state responsibility for the violation of the right to judicial proceeding within a reasonable time or the right to execution of a judicial act within a reasonable time

The article deals with the topical issues of legal regulation of state responsibility for the violation of the right to judicial proceeding within a reasonable time or the right to execution of a judicial act within a reasonable time. The authors analyse the cases of the Russian courts on compensation for failure to meet the time limit for consideration of cases of government agencies and their officials’ illegal acts, as well as for execution of judgments which have entered into force for this category of claims.
