Some problems of the investigation of a crime under article 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the specifics of the investigation of the involvement of a minor in the commission of a crime, the specifics of the production of individual investigative actions within the framework of the preliminary investigation. As a result of the conducted research, it was possible to review, clarify and summarize the progress of the investigation into the involvement of a minor in the commission of a crime in accordance with the prevention of violation of the legitimate rights and interests of this category of persons. The analyzed methods and the course of the investigation of the crime under art. 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, made it possible to expand the list of circumstances to be established within the framework of interrogations of the implicator and the involved, as well as to establish, during the production of investigative actions, to pay attention to those objects that indicate temporary or permanent contacts of these persons.
