Some issues of developing government service legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article deals with an urgent problem facing the Republic of Kazakhstan as an independent state: the problem of organizing the effective functioning of state agencies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The effectiveness of the state machine primarily depends on the professionalism of civil servants, as well as the need to develop and improve state service legislation of the country.
