Some problems of the construction industry of Russia

Over the past years, the construction sector remains unprofitable. In anticipation of the upcoming transition from January 1, 2019 to a new financing scheme, this situation may be significantly aggravated. In this regard, on the basis of a review of the literature, problems inherent in construction companies were identified. This will allow credit institutions to reduce risks in selecting housing construction projects.
