Some challenges associated with the assigning forensic expertise in the investigation of violent crimes

The article is devoted to the consideration of issues associated with the assigning forensic expertise in the investigation of violent crimes. The author analyzes the problems involved in the construction of the regulation concerning the assignment of forensic examination by law enforcement agencies and formulation of the challenge facing the experts. Thus the author leans on analysis of archives of the victims and accused department as well as department of difficult forensic examination of regional offices of forensic examination in Krasnoyarsk (the regulation concerning the assignment of forensic examination). Based on the analysis of literature sources, legislation, a lot of empirical evidence of regional offices of forensic examination in Krasnoyarsk challenges related to the calendar of obtaining a medical evaluation are analysed.
