Some problems in the dispute of agricultural lands

Some problems arising in judicial practice in dealing with land management. Review rules of the Federal Law «On circulation of arable land», are examples of judicial practice on cases involving trafficking in this category of land. The author concludes that the federal legislation regarding regulation of land relations contrary to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and makes proposals to address this problem.
