Some psychological features of interrogation

This article reviews a number of provisions relating to psychological features of interrogation in the terms of its legal regulation by the rules of the current Russian criminal procedure legislation. The article emphasizes the relevance of establishing psychological contact in order to achieve the objectives of this investigation action, the importance of the appropriate skills acquisition in this context.
