Some results of assessing the satisfaction of doctors in a children's clinical hospital with conditions and a work regime

The article is devoted to the study of the satisfaction of doctors working in the Children's Clinical Hospital with the conditions and the labor regime. To this end, the doctors of three pediatric departments, which showed that more than 90% of physicians are women whose average age is 41.8±0.11 years, conducted an anonymous questionnaire. Most of the doctors are not satisfied with the working conditions but are satisfied with the regime and the psychological climate in the team. Most pediatricians believe that they have a high work intensity, they work with overload and over time. Nevertheless, these circumstances do not cause the overwhelming majority of doctors to change their place of work and occupation.
