Some sanitary norms in provincial town of the 18th - 19th centuries (through the example of Chelyabinsk)

Evolution of provincial town from the point of view of elaboration and observation of sanitary norms is considered in the article. The process through the example of withdrawal of cemetery from the residential area and the solution of the problem of garbage disposition and arrangement of the place for slaughtering and meat trade is traced.
