Some social and demographic characteristics of the subject of corruption in higher education (by case study of Krasnoyarsk region)

Nowadays corruption remains the subject of focus on the part of public and state, since the scope of this phenomenon puts it on a par with the threats to national security. Criminal statistical data affirm the stability of the indicators of the corruption share in higher education among total corruption crimes. For a qualitative counteraction to this social phenomenon, a comprehensive understanding of the identity of the criminal (the offender) is necessary. The article is devoted to the analysis of the personality of the corruption offender in the field of higher education.
