Some trends in the transformation of the labor market and changes in employment in the Volga federal district by the end of 2020

The stages of development of the labor market in recent decades in Russia are considered. Based on the key indicators of the State Program «Employment Promotion», the ratings of the subjects of the Volga Federal District were compiled by the end of 2020. An attempt is made to determine the measure of the effectiveness of state policy in the field of employment as a result of comparing deviations and the degree of achievement of planned indicators by the values actually achieved.
