Some theoretical and ethical works’ immunity aspects

In article, the author analyzes some peculiarities of legal regulation of the right to inviolability of the work, and examines the legal nature of the rights to inviolability of the work, the classification criteria of copyright and their convenience, ethical aspects of use the product in a polished up, changed forms and as a part of another product.
