Some of the theoretical problems of constitutional-legal interpretation of family legislation

This article is devoted to the problem of the theory of constitutional-legal interpretation of family legislation on the basis of alimentary obligations in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The correlation between private juridical principles and public juridical ones are analyzed as viewed in the law doctrine.
