Purpose: Investigation of some theoretical and methodological problems of the objective side of falsification of evidence and results of operational investigative activities. Methodology: Formal-legal methods were used. Results: The article reveals some theoretical and methodological problems of the objective side of falsification of evidence and the results of investigative activities. Installed, what should be understood under the «falsification of evidence and the results of investigative activities». The article deals with the problems of qualification of crimes under article 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a scientific value, representing the disclosure of theoretical and methodological problems arising both in theory and in practice in the qualification associated with the objective side of falsification of evidence and the results of operational and investigative activities.
