Some conditions of legitimacy of execution of an employment agreement with the advocate

Purpose: The analysis of conditions of legitimacy of execution of an employment agreement with the lawyer on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Methodology: The author used formal-legal method. Results: The possibility of hiring of the lawyer according to the employment contract is considered by other lawyer, lawyer education or branch (representation) of foreign law firm. The opinion is expressed that such form of the organization of lawyer activity it will be demanded by successful lawyers (lawyer educations), not having opportunities to give help to all principals owing to the ban to accept instructions for rendering legal aid obviously more, than the lawyer is able to execute. Some conditions to which there have to correspond lawyers-employers are proved. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as is one of the first scientific works devoted to the considered problem.
