Some issues of state regulation of the religious sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article explores some issues of state regulation of the religious sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic. The situation in the religious sphere that has developed in the first years of state independence is analyzed, trends in the development of the religious situation are identified, risks and threats to public and state security are identified, the main directions of state policy to create effective regulatory mechanisms. In the work, the author relies on official documents, literary sources and his own field research. The conclusion is drawn on the importance of continuous improvement of state policy on the regulation of the religious sphere, and new research tasks are being set.
