Some issues of the scientific worldview and the new challenges for the law

The article examines the most important trends in the development of the modern scientific worldview in connection with the law. The article attempts to establish some new parameters of the modern scientific worldview: the changed status of the cognizing subject, the loss of the habitual sensory-figurative perception of it, the emergence of a new symbiosis of material and ideal, not directly affected by the senses. Attention is drawn to the fact that the law still does not define the most important categories denoting this symbiosis: signal (including pre-air signal), network signal, code. The purpose of the work is to establish a correlation between new phenomena in the modern scientific worldview and law.
