Some issues of the application of compulsory measures of a medical nature

The article examines the problems of application and determination of the legal nature of compulsory medical measures that exist at the present stage. Some approaches to determining the essence of the legal nature of compulsory medical measures are disclosed. The author's proposals for solving the problem of determining the legal nature of compulsory medical measures, as well as practical recommendations for solving the problem of applying compulsory medical measures are formulated.
