Certain issues of recognizing evidence as inadmissible in the criminal proceedings of certain countries of the Middle East

Introduction: the article analyzes certain issues of recognition of evidence as inadmissible in criminal proceedings of the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran; it examines different legislative approaches of the Middle Eastern countries to the formation of the criminal procedural theory of inadmissibility of evidence and the criteria to be met by evidence suitable for use in criminal proceedings.
