Some issues of performance of summary inquiry

In the given article, the author analyzes the institute of summary inquiry, including some of its forensic aspects. Recognizing the need to introduce simplified criminal procedure forms for preliminary investigations in the aims of procedural economy, the author identifies and justifies the existence of many problems of implementing the introduction of this form of criminal proceedings. The author analyzes the issues related to procedural order of performance of summary inquiry as well as proving limits and facts in proof. The author concludes reasonably that the introduction of such an institute of simplified criminal procedure forms of preliminary investigations, as summary inquiry, is highly ineffectual because of its poor regulation and the lack of a truly unique and special procedure.
