Some issues of improvement of legislative and organisational legal measures aimed at countering the narcotisation of the Russian population

Article is devoted to the questions connected with improvement of legislative and organizational and legal measures, directed on counteraction of a narcotization of the Russian population and realisation of the general purpose and problems of the Strategy of the state anti-narcotic policy of the Russian Federation till 2020, approved by the President’s of the Russian Federation Decree No. 690 of June 9, 2010.
