Some issues related to cards considerations when trading in the Russian Federation

The purpose of this article is to analyze the legal nature of agreements restricting competition. Some theoretical and practical issues related to such anticompetitive agreements as cartel agreements when holding auctions in the Russian Federation, their qualifications are considered. The activity of the FAS Russia in the framework of countering the said illegal agreements is briefly reviewed.
