Some issues related to the application of regulations on recurrent crime

The article provides statistics on the application of provisions on recidivism by courts of general jurisdiction of the Russian Federation, indicates some errors in the application of norms on recidivism, and proposes a number of amendments to the provisions of articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
