Some issues of interaction between the civil society and the government in adoption of administrative normative acts

The article discusses the impact of the state on the civil society, as well as issues of interaction between the government and the civil society. The author considers the forms of communication of the civil society with the government, including the executive authorities' activities: appealing to the multifunctional centers that are delegated with some powers, contacting public organizations involved in the drafting of administrative normative acts, as well as functioning of self-regulating organizations.
