Some issues of interaction of the investigator with operational workers in disclosing and investigating fraud

The article discusses certain aspects of interaction between the bodies of preliminary investigation and the bodies that carry out operational-search activities in the course of pre-trial proceedings in criminal cases of crimes related to fraud, including remote ones. As a result, the author formulates the appropriate conclusions, both theoretical and applied.
