Some questions of legal protection of crowdfunding investors’ rights

The article provides an analysis of the bill about attracting investments using crowdfunding. The author defines the legal relations of the participants of investment and the legal status of the operator of investment platform. In the article substantiates the need for liability of operators of investment platforms for the actions of persons, which attract investment. Within the research the author comes to conclusion that legal protection of crowdfunding investors’ rights is possible through the class action.
