In article on the basis of the analysis of investigative jurisprudence typical wrong ideas of judicial examination as the proof in criminal legal proceedings are considered. The main reason for such delusions as it is represented, is covered in insufficient knowledge of practising lawyers of modern theoretical and legal bases of judicial examination and judicial and expert activity.
