Бесплатный доступ

In the modern world, intangible assets are one of the most important factors determining the success of economic entities in difficult conditions of fierce competition. In the industrial era, investments and management of real assets were more important areas of activity. In the information age, for territories, as well as for other economic entities, the ability to mobilize and fully use their intangible assets becomes more crucial for successful development. For effective management of intangible assets, there is a need for identification and objective assessment of them. Identification involves determining the composition, content and structure of the entire set of intangible assets of the territory, as well as establishing the relationship, interdependence and mutual influence between their individual groups. Successful identification, in turn, will act as a basis for further development of a methodology for objective assessment of intangible assets of the territory. In this connection, the article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying intangible assets of the territory. In particular, the main groups of the constituent intangible assets of the territory were identified, the composition and content of each group was determined. The table shows the relationships between individual groups of intangible assets, as well as with the main activities of the territory as a whole.
