The task will be implemented by reviewing and systematizing archival documents, periodical publications, and scientific papers. The author focuses on the fact that the Nazis established a “New Order”, which was expressed in the creation of an occupation management apparatus, the introduction of mechanisms for the establishment, organization and exploitation of labor, as well as the emerging daily aspects of the life of the Soviet peasantry in conditions of severe exploitation. The work also provides numerous evidence and facts of ongoing repression and heinous crimes against civilians.
