Profanity of the Russian language in linguistic-expert practice

The article is devoted to problems of a research of profanity of the Russian language in linguistic-expert practice. In modern conditions of development of linguistic-expert practice as the applied industry of judicial verbal studies, the complex of aspects of differentiation of lexicon on a number of signs is becoming the main direction of its activity. Particularly, insufficient degree of readiness of a theoretical-methodological basis of this cognitive area combining elements of linguistics and law demands development of a uniform system of the differentiating signs of profanity, especially in cases when it turns into a studying subject within judicial practice.
