Non-standard motivation

The paper considered specifics of various kinds of ab- non-standard motivation. Such motivation in Law shall be relevant only once violation has been already committed. Taking for instance the Orthodox Christian and the Muslim believers cases (the Hanafi madhhab), the author has shown that non-standard religious motivation has turned to be crucial for assessing the act. Non-standard moral motivation shall be only conventionally accepted as moral, because, unlike empirical motivation, it would not just go beyond the standard, but would have it destroyed.
