The need and essence of financial ensuring troops

In the article the author considers the most urgent issue of financial support of the troops and forces of the Russian army. A historical analysis of financial support was carried out, which shows that the national economy and the Army are directly dependent. A comparative analysis of definitions of the financial support of the troops (forces) is presented, which differs from the previously existing ones, that the main resources that the authors determined were cash, we clarified that these are military financial resources, which include labor, material, and other values at the disposal of the military administration, as well as concretized the main activities aimed at timely monitoring, accounting, funding, planning needs. This scientific increment has given a clear understanding of this important concept, which will make it possible in the future to improve the financial support of the army on the basis of basic concepts.
