Necessity and conditions of selecting the innovative development type by the enterprise

The article analyses the external and internal reasons motivating modern enterprise to the choice of innovative type of development. This problem presents from a system approach, because it takes into account the trends of economic globalization and the domestic interests of enterprise. The author highlights that the innovative type of development is, essentially, the only kind of development ensuring current and^ future competitiveness of the enterprise in modern conditions. Based on this the specified basic ^ features underlying the transition to innovative development of enterprises of various sizes and spheres of activity are clarified.
