Need for improvement of economic energy efficiency in Russia under the conditions of modernization and innovative development

The article studies energy efficiency of the national economy according to the energy intensity of the GDP. The authors substantiate the need for the energy servicing market development in Russia considering underdevelopment of the regulations and methodology and deficit of financing sources.
